Commissioned by the Province of Utrecht and Routebureau Utrecht, we update the cycling junction network in the whole province! The network has existed in the province of Utrecht for quite some time and most of the signposting was in need of replacement.
Together with the Routebureau, all municipalities in the province have taken a close look at the cycle routes within the network. Newly constructed cycle paths have been added, less attractive paths have been removed from the network, creating a new high-quality cycling network.
The new network consists of over 1850 kilometres of signposted cycling routes, which is some 350 kilometres longer than the old network!
